These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the HoneyHole platform including the mobile application, website, and related services. By using HoneyHole, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Description

HoneyHole is a digital platform that allows:

• Landowners to list private properties
• Users to discover and book those properties
• Communication between users and landowners
• Review and rating of booking experiences

HoneyHole acts only as a technology platform facilitating connections between users and landowners.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the platform, users must create an account and provide accurate information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. Booking and Property Access

Users may book properties listed by landowners.

For privacy and security reasons:

• Exact property map locations are revealed only after a booking is confirmed.

Users must respect property boundaries, rules, and instructions provided by landowners.

4. Payments

When a booking is made:

• The user submits payment through the HoneyHole platform.
• HoneyHole receives the payment as the platform operator.
• HoneyHole deducts a service fee or commission.
• The remaining payment is transferred to the landowner outside the system.

Additional processing fees may apply.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the specific property listing or landowner policies. HoneyHole may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis but does not guarantee refunds once a booking has been confirmed.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Trespass on properties without booking
• Harass or harm other users or landowners
• Provide false information
• Attempt to bypass platform rules or payment systems

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

7. User Safety

Users are responsible for their own safety when visiting booked properties. HoneyHole does not supervise activities conducted on listed properties and cannot guarantee safety conditions.

Users must follow all local laws, safety regulations, and property rules when accessing land.

8. Limitation of Liability

HoneyHole is not responsible for:

• Property conditions
• Landowner actions
• User actions
• Personal injury or accidents
• Property damage
• Disputes between users and landowners

Use of the platform and property access is at the user’s own risk.

9. Account Termination

Users may delete their account at any time. HoneyHole may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content including logos, design, branding, and software is owned by HoneyHole and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Changes to Terms

HoneyHole may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on the website.
