2. Location Information

HoneyHole may request access to your device location to improve the user experience.

Location data may be used to:

• Show nearby available properties
• Improve search results
• Provide navigation after booking

For privacy and property protection, the exact map location of a property becomes visible only after a user successfully completes a booking.

Users may disable location permissions at any time through their device settings.

When a Guest participates in an active booking or activity, we may collect precise location information, including background location, to provide location-based booking functionality. This information is used to display the Guest's position within the booked service area, identify whether the Guest is within permitted or restricted zones configured by the Host, and enable notifications when the Guest enters a restricted area or moves outside the permitted service area. Background location enables these features to continue when the Guest is not actively using the app, such as when the app is minimized or the device screen is off.

3. Payment Information

When a user books a property:

• The payment is collected through the HoneyHole platform.
• HoneyHole receives the payment as the platform operator.
• HoneyHole deducts its service fee.
• The remaining amount is transferred to the landowner outside the platform system.

Payments may be processed using secure third-party payment providers. HoneyHole does not store full credit card information.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Facilitate property bookings
• Enable communication between users and landowners
• Process transactions
• Provide notifications and support
• Improve the platform and user experience
• Detect fraud or misuse of the platform
